Sandwiches au fromage fondu

et aux oignons au vinaigre fumé HUGO

Ce qu'il vous faut

personnes

2tranches de pain

1cuillère à soupe de beurre/margarine

2petits oignons

60gde fromage à pâte dure (gruyère, tilsit, etc...)

1ou 2 brins de thym

Comment préparer

Beurrer les tranches de pain sur un côté.

Râper le fromage/le découper en fines tranches.

Découper les oignons en fines rondelles.

Récolter les feuilles des brins de thym.

Composer le sandwich en plaçant le côté beurré à l’extérieur : y placer le fromage, les rondelles d’oignons et le thym.

Faire chauffer une poêle antiadhésive à feu moyen sans matière grasse. Une fois chaude, griller le sandwich environ 3 minutes de chaque côté. Le pain doit être doré et le fromage bien fondu.

Petite astuce

Astuce 1 : utiliser des restes de fromage à raclette pour un résultat très gourmand.

Astuce 2 : étaler une demi-cuillère à café de moutarde HUGO sur l’intérieur de pain avant d’assembler le sandwich.
